Thanks to the shared business alignments of worker safety, and the organisation's trust in Skanwear’s products, services, knowledge, and solutions, this contract was agreed upon.
The contract will see Skanwear, global industry specialists in arc flash and flame-resistant education and protection, provide workers with access to the bespoke online Skanwear Safeline 2.0 portal. This will allow managers/leaders to easily monitor spend, usage, and compliance across their entire business. With this powerful tool, multinational corporations will have visibility at their fingertips, thus allowing them to reinforce their core values of safety – something that runs through their entire business.
The organisation is a pioneer within the power industry, operating across numerous sectors, such as generators, power systems, engines, components, and, more recently, hydrogen production technologies for a low-energy future. Their aim has always been to drive global consistency in brand image, compliance, and standardisation across their varied workforce in numerous locations and that is where the Skanwear solution steps in.
With their Safeline 2.0 portal, Skanwear has been able to offer a solution that gives their workers control of their protective clothing allocation, allowing them to deliver a consistent brand image, whilst at the same time ensuring all employees are protected in order to meet their safety policy.
The collaboration between the two companies extends their five-plus year relationship and came about due to Skanwear being one of the few companies who were able to meet the company's demands and offer regional consistencies on logistics networks that allows them to deliver to home locations, job sites, hotels, etc. via a quick and efficient service.
The next steps of this collaboration see Skanwear extending their support to each of their companies’ locations with a focus on rolling out their Safeline 2.0 Online Ordering portal ensuring consistency in brand image, and compliance across the board.
