Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Skanwear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days from the date of dispatch to request a return if the item is unworn.

We do not accept returns for branded and custom-made items. These items will only be accepted for return if the product is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer will need to arrange the return at their own expense (unless the item is faulty) via their preferred courier.

Skanwear will not be responsible for returned item(s) until they have been received at Skanwear premises.

Refunds

All returns for credit, refund, or exchange must be made within 28 days from the date of dispatch of the item (excluding items returned due to quality issues).

Goods will not be accepted back from the Customer without an official Skanwear Returns Authorisation document. These can be requested at any time by emailing:

You will need to provide the sales order reference number, item details, and the quantity of items in your return request.

Credit notes or refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned goods, where applicable, within 5 working days to allow time for the items to undergo the relevant quality checks.

Returned goods must be resalable, unused (excluding goods returned due to quality issues), and returned in their original packaging. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the return being refused and the refund not being processed.

Goods returned due to quality issues must still be returned to Skanwear in a reasonable condition.

Faulty Goods & Replacements

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact:

For our Quality Control records, we require photographic evidence to assess the damage to your garment(s).

Once your return is approved, please:

  • Return your item in a clean condition, as it will need to be handled by our Quality Control department.
  • Include the returns note in your parcel for full order traceability.

Items that do not meet the above criteria may be returned to you at your own cost. If for any reason you are unable to wash your item before returning it, please inform us and we will arrange for the garment to be dry cleaned at your expense.

Our Guarantee

Our lifetime guarantee covers your garments against manufacturer defects. Manufacturer defects can include, but are not limited to:

  • Faulty stitching.
  • Twisted sleeve lining.
  • Hole(s) in the garment (within 28 days).
  • Missing button(s) (within 28 days).
  • Broken zipper (within 28 days).

Our guarantee does not cover (including but not limited to):

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from incorrect garment care.
  • Damage caused by incorrect washing.
  • Ripped or split garments.
  • Accidental damage.
