  • Position: National Account Manager - USA
    Location: Home-based (ideally within East or Central Time, with good airport access)
  • Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday-Thursday (0730-1630), Friday (0730-1600)
  • Salary: Mutually negotiated depending on candidate capabilities
  • Reporting to: Ryan Bullock, Sales Manager

About the role: 

As the National Account Manager for North America, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts and cultivating new business opportunities. This role entails maintaining robust client relationships, negotiating contracts, delivering sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. While ideally based in Chicago, IL, there is flexibility to work from other East or Central Time locations with convenient airport access.

Responsibilities: 

  •  Key Account Management: Manage and nurture key customer accounts in the North American region. Foster long-term relationships to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business prospects to expand market presence. Utilise industry knowledge and market trends to drive growth opportunities.

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms. Secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships with customers.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase product and service offerings. Tailor presentations to address customer needs and highlight our value propositions.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Exceed client expectations through personalised attention and proactive support.

    About you: 

    - Proven B2B sales professional
    - Experienced in using a CRM system desirable 
    - Experienced in interacting with a variety senior decision makers
    - Passionate about service, with a strong ownership and accountability 
    - Comfortable working remotely from your own initiative
