We’ll answer the phone

Within three rings you will be speaking to a real-life person, someone that can help you, not a robot. You can speak to us from 7.30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.

We’ll personalise our service to you

We understand that one size or type doesn’t fit all. You’ll have your own dedicated account managers who will facilitate your individual requirements.

We’ll keep our promises

We won’t just plan to keep them, we will keep them. We believe that reliability is one of the keys to any good relationship, which is why if we say: “Your order will be delivered on Tuesday”, we will ensure it is delivered on Tuesday. We apply the same rule to client appointments, deadlines and more.

We’ll listen to you

We will listen carefully to your question, enquiry or problem and provide a solution. We train our team to never say “no”. We provide you with the ‘double S’ – the ‘skanwear solution’. We use customer satisfaction survey tools to help us to monitor what we we’re doing right and/or wrong.

No one likes hearing complaints, but at skanwear, our team won’t just shrug their shoulders. We will give the complaint attention – if we make a mistake we will apologise and fix it, quickly and fairly.

We train our staff to use your name, always be pleasant on the phone, listen and be courteous.

When you call with an enquiry, we won’t just point you in the right direction, we’ll help you to locate a page in our catalogue or website. We’ll also send you the information you need and follow this up.
